3. WHAT ARE THE PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES?

Photo Upload Requirements
Please upload your original photo(s) as a .jpg, .png, .bmp or .gif. A minimum Resolution of 300 DPI or 1030 x 670 pixels is suggested. For digital cameras, please have the quality set the highest. We are not responsible for your photo quality, so please be sure you send the clearest picture(s) possible. Some products support more than one photo. Please be sure to upload the correct amount of photos supported by the product. Also be sure to upload in the order you would like to see the photos on the product. The maximum upload file size is 3MB, this is the total upload including all pictures.
Please be sure that file name is in an appropriate format.  File name cannot be longer than 48 characters and cannot contain odd characters.  If you are receiving an error when uploading a photo, try changing the photo's name to something simple. (ex: If original file is named: "Jan. Ron Mary Aiden 020.jpg"  change to "Aiden.jpg" without quotes)

For best quality please be sure photo is large enough to fit in the space provided and is the proper orientation for the card. A vertical photo will look best in a vertical layout and a horizontal photo will be best for a horizontal layout. Our designers may crop your photo as necessary to ensure the best appearance of product. We will contact you if any photo issues arise. For no additional charge, Treasured Moments Stationery can convert a your color photo to black & white or sepia tone upon request. Please note any special instructions in the text input box.

A low resolution Digital Proof of product will be emailed within 24 hours of receipt of order. At this time emailed approval of proof is needed from the customer placing the order to begin processing of order. Please take special care to ensure all names, dates and locations are properly spelled. We recommend having another person along with yourself review the text of the item to insure accuracy. Processing of order takes 5-6 business days after final approval has been received, this does not include transit times. NOTE: The colors viewed online for the Digital Proof may vary from the actual product colors due to variances in computer displays. We do not offer printed proofs. All Digital Proofs are the property of Treasured Moments Stationery LLC and are not to be printed or shared.

4. CAN I USE PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN PHOTOGRAPHS?

If you are sending us a photo taken by a professional photographer, the image is owned by the photographer. We legally cannot reprint any of these photographs without prior consent from the photographer. You may be able to gain a release form from the professional photographer that owns the right to your photographs. You may have received a release form if you purchased a CD/reprinting rights for your images.

By submitting your order you certify that you have permission from the professional photographer to reprint your images. By submitting your order you also agree that Treasured Moments Stationery LLC is not responsible for any costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuits made for any grounds claiming that the product produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.

5. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Please note processing times which do NOT include shipping transit time:

-Favor and Bridal Accessory products process within 1-5 business days before shipping of items.

-Invitations, Birth Announcements, Thank You's products process within 2-3 business days before shipping of items.


-Custom Note Pads, Custom Gifts and Magnet products process within 3-5 business days before shipping of items.


-Customized Glass Favor products process within 3 weeks before shipping of items.

Rush processing, at an additional charge of $20.00, shortens processing time to 1-2 business days before shipping of items. Rush processing time does not include shipping transit times. Rush Processing CANNOT be added to customized Glass Favors.

Favor Items may be shipped directly from the manufactures. If your order contains items from various manufactures, the items may be shipped separately.

Favor and Gift Items are shipped via UPS, which does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Stationery Items are shipped via USPS which DOES deliver to PO Boxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS.

Important Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing boxes that show as "delivered" via tracking number. Signature confirmation is optional and a customer can request this option by phone, email or writing it in the customer notes section of the order just before checkout. An additional fee will apply. If no signature confirmation is requested, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for lost or stolen packages that track as "delivered." Signature confirmation is an optional service that must be requested by the customer. We highly recommend signature confirmation for apartments, condominiums, and for clients that have had packages go missing before. If no request is made for signature confirmation, packages can be left at the shipping address per the driver's discretion with a full waiver of liability.

All orders placed with Treasured Moments Stationery can be tracked by signing into "Login". You can check the status of the order and estimated delivery date by finding the order number under Recent Orders.

6. WHAT IS THE TREASURED MOMENTS STATIONERY REFUND POLICY?

Refund Policy for CUSTOMIZED Stationery, CUSTOMIZED Favors, CUSTOMIZED Clothing, CUSTOMIZED Gifts and Edible Cookie Favors Refund Policy

All CUSTOMIZED stationery orders will be verified with a Digital Proof. CUSTOMIZED orders will not go to processing until emailed approval of Digital Proof is received from the customer placing the order. If you find any type of error in the Digital Proof emailed to you, please make us aware and we will correct it immediately, sending you a new digital proof to approve. Please note that CUSTOMIZED favor orders and clothing will NOT have a Digital Proof. It is the customers responsibility to insure accurate input of text on the order page. You can verify the text input for your CUSTOMIZED favor or clothing in your shopping cart before finalizing order.

Due to the nature of CUSTOMIZED orders, (i.e. they cannot be resold), we cannot offer refunds on CUSTOMIZED orders.  Stationery orders are sent to processing within 24 hours after approval of Digital Proof. CUSTOMIZED favors and clothing are sent to processing within 24 hours after order has been placed. If you realize before this time frame that there is an error that you previously did not note, please contact us immediately. If the order has not gone to processing yet we will make our best effort to correct the error. We try to send the orders to processing as quickly as possible to reduce your processing time. There is NO guarantee that we can correct the error within this 24 hour period but we will do our best to try. If, after receiving the product, you find an error that you previously did not note, please do not discard original product. We will offer up to a 40% discount on the price of product, not including shipping, if you need to reorder due to error. To receive a discount you must contact us for a return/exchange authorization number and send the product back to us . Returns/Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of customer receipt of item. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us and also of the shipping cost of the replacement item being ordered. Please be sure item is in original packaging

Customized Clothing: Please review your text and the product size chart prior to ordering as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or errors made while typing in your text.

If any error is made to product, by our staff or vendor, that was not on the Final Proof you had approved, we will reprint the order at no cost to you and offer expediated shipping at no cost to you.

Refund Policy for Cookie Favors
Refund or replacements will only be made if your order arrives damaged. In a rare event that you or your recipient should receive a broken cookie, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are NOT guaranteed and may be assessed an additional $10.00 fee. We reserve the right to bill you for incomplete/incorrect addresses that result in this additional fee.

Food Items and Perishables CANNOT be returned.

 

Refund Policy for NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Non-Customized Favors, Diaper Cakes

Treasured Moments Stationery is pleased to be offering such high-quality gift and favor items. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to insure that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase and it is NOT a customized order (for customized orders please see customized return policy), please contact us for a return authorization number or to exchange product. Returns/Exchanges for non customized orders are only accepted within 30 days of customer receipt of item. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item and will receive a refund less a 15% restocking fee. If item is a favor, entire quantity of original order must be returned or exchanged. Please be sure item is in original packaging and resalable condition. We cannot offer returns or exchange on items that are not in resalable condition.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

Due to the nature of edible items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) edible favors are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If after receiving and inspecting your order you realize an item(s) are damaged or their is a shortage, contact us within 7 days after package was received for a replacement of item(s). Please also email us, refund@treasuredmomentsstationery.com, a digital photograph of the damaged item(s) so we can rectify the situation with the appropriate shipping or vendor agency. Replacement item(s) will be sent at no cost to you and will be shipped parcel post at no cost to you. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge to you.

7. CAN I CREATE A COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED STATIONERY/DIAPER CAKE/CLOTHING ORDER?

All of our stationery products, diaper cakes and clothing are available for customization. We have tried to incorporate many different design tastes into our products, so that every customers needs may be met. You, the customer, are the reason our company exists so do not be turned away if you do not see what you are looking for. If you have an idea of what you are looking for but do not see it on our site...email us. If you see a few designs you like and would like to combine them...email us. We can completely customize any of our stationery products, diaper cakes and clothing. We offer customized designs, for a customizing fee depending on the complexity of what is needed. The flat rate fee for customization is $20 per half hour spent on the design with a half hour minimum, this is in addition to the price of the product listed on our website. 8. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TREASURED MOMENTS STATIONERY ACCEPT?

Treasured Moments Stationery accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit payments via our secure website. We can also accept cashiers check, money orders or personal checks through the mail. To place an order in which you plan to mail payment, please email us at order@treasuredmomentsstationery.com with details of what you would like to order. Processing will not begin for orders in which payment is being mailed, until payment has cleared.

9. WHAT PAPER FINISH DOES TREASURED MOMENTS STATIONERY SUGGEST?

Paper options are available on most of our stationery items.  Matte or Glossy are free of charge and Linen is an additional $3 per set of 10 (.30 per invitation).   Glossy finish has a high shine on the front of the paper.  We suggest a Glossy finish on any products with photos.  Matte finish has no shine to it and is typically used for stationery without photographs.  For invitations with a more elegant look we suggest Linen finish, which uses a textured paper similar to linen material. 

10. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD FOR ORDERS CONTAINING CHOCOLATE?
Please choose Chocolate Shipping Method at checkout.  If Chocolate Shipping Method is not chosen at checkout you will be contacted so that we may upgrade your shipping method to our Chocolate Shipping Method.  All chocolate orders are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air unless Treasured Moments receives specific instructions to upgrade shipping. To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs.

Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight.  Treasured Moments will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.

11. Information Regarding Cookie Favors

Due to the nature of shipping chocolate cookie items, we want to ensure delivery of quality product in usable condition.  We want you to enjoy your fabulous product so please choose COOKIE SHIPPING METHOD at checkout. If COOKIE SHIPPING METHOD is not chosen, you will be contacted to upgrade to it. Please contact us at order@treasuredmomentsstationery.com for quotes on shipping for orders over $300.00 

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is home to receive the package to prevent melting while sitting outside.  We recommend shipping to a business address, work address or arranging for someone to be home for earlier delivery and to ensure receipt of delivery.

EXTREMELY HOT STATES: We do guarantee our products will not melt ONLY when shipped via 1 Day Shipping.
